The European Confederation of Police is the European umbrella
organisation of 33 Police Unions and Staff Organisations in Europe.
We stand for the interests of over half a million police employees in
26 European Countries.

EuroCOP was established in November 2002 with an Extraordinary Congress
in Roskilde.
It
is independent
and secular and has no affiliation with any government or political
party.
The organisation has its headquarters in Luxembourg.
Independence
and Openness
EuroCOP is open to any organisation representing police officers in
Member Countries of the European Union or the Council of Europe.
EuroCOP enjoys participatory status at the Council of Europe and
represents the interest of its members towards the European
Institutions.
