The ETUC adopted its new manifesto at its Congress in Seville.
The ETUC's main goal for the next years is to strengthen trade unionism in an offensive way. This includes strengthening unions and improving the social dialogue, among many other actions.
This manifesto "For an ETUC on the Offensive" outlines the five broad fronts of action approved by the Congress:
 For a European market
For social dialogue, collective bargaining and worker participation
For more effective economic, social and environmental governance
For a stronger European Union
For stronger unions and a stronger ETUC.
